What You’ll Earn
You set your own daily and weekly rates. HaulMyTrailer takes a 15% platform commission — you keep 85% of every rental. Payments are deposited directly to your bank account via Stripe within 2–5 business days of rental completion.

- Complete owner verification — upload your trailer title or registration. If your trailer has a lien, see our lien policy. Approval takes 1–2 business days.
- Create your listing — photos, description, rates, and availability. Our listing wizard guides you through every field.
- Accept bookings — review renter profiles before confirming. You’re always in control.
- Get paid — funds released after successful return confirmation.
What You Control
- 📅 Availability calendar — block dates any time you want the trailer back
- 💲 Your rates — daily, 3-day, weekly, and monthly pricing
- 📍 Pickup location — your driveway, a storage facility, or a commercial address
- 📋 Rental requirements — add custom rules (brake controller required, no off-road use, etc.)
- 🔐 Renter approval — review each renter before confirming
Trailer Requirements
- Must be roadworthy with valid registration
- All lights, brakes, and safety chains must be functional
- If a brake controller is required: clearly noted in your listing
- CDL-A required trailers: clearly flagged (and our system automatically filters for qualified renters)
- Lien on trailer: disclose under our lien policy and obtain lender authorization
